The last ASVAB of the year will be March 19th starting at 8:00 in the LHS Library. Students unsure of what they want to do after high school and students considering the military should sign up in the counseling office. The test takes a couple of hours and provides a lot of helpful information. If you have questions, please see your counselor.
The second annual DeAtley Career Fair is coming on February 28th from 6 to 8pm in the DeAtley Center. Mark your calendar. We have over fifty vendors currently participating and more coming. Don’t miss this event full of giveaways, employment opportunities, internships, apprenticeships and more.
The boys and girls varsity teams will be competing at the High School State Bowling Tournament in both the Team and Singles competition next week Tuesday and Wednesday. At last weekend’s North Idaho Invite at Orchard Lanes, senior Joey Louis placed third overall out of 122 bowlers across the state of Idaho. Congratulations to Zach Myers and Joey Louis.
The GSA will be hosting its 4th Annual Mario Kart tournament on the 21st of February at 3:00pm. There will be a $2 entry fee, and contestants can sign up in Mr. Farnes room CW 100 at any time. The top three winners will take home a basket of goodies. First and second place winners will also receive a cash prize! Lets – a – go have some fun at the mario kart tournament.
