Tryouts for Cheer Team will be held in the main gym on May 6th 5-7pm, May 7th 5-7pm, May 8th 5-7pm, and May 9th 4pm tryout with judges.
Please congratulate our LHS State Solo/Ensemble qualifiers who will be traveling to Post Falls on Friday and Saturday to compete. State Solo/Ensemble Competition is an IHSAA event, so this is the equivalent of students who qualify for state competition in individual sporting events. It is a great accomplishment for these students, so please wish them good luck.
Dances are this week. The Spring Fling for freshman and sophomores is this Friday from 7-10. Junior/Senior Prom is Saturday from 7-10. Pictures for both dances will be in the auditorium, so make sure you bring cash if you want pictures. Dance tickets will be on sale during both lunches all week. Tickets are available at both lunches until the day of the dance. Tickets are $10 or 2 for $15.
If you are a senior that is signed to a college for a sport, please notify our athletic Director Doug Henderson if you are interested in participating in LHS’s signing event on Wednesday, May 22.
If you’d like to audition for one of the choirs at LHS, swing by the choir room and pick up a packet. It is easier than you think! There are many astounding singers in our school.
