Today during Bengal Block – LCSC at will LHS for dual credit registration for spring 2024. Make sure to sign up. Also, ISU & Boise State will be present for attending students to go over Next Steps for fall 2024.
Valentine’s Day is sneaking up on us. Get your sweetheart a special singing valentine on February 14th. The price is $10 for Lewiston schools, or $20 for other places in Lewiston and Clarkston. Pick up your pink valentine form at the choir room or other places throughout the school. The deadline to turn in your order is Friday, February 9th.
Attention seniors who played boys or girls varsity basketball in 7th or 8th grade, at either Sacajawea or Jenifer Middle Schools. It is time to start getting ready for JENIWEA!! Please contact Sophia Gill if you are interested in playing. Practices will be starting shortly because the big game is on March 6th.
The Crochet Club is meeting this week today in Mrs. Province’s room ST 215. Both seasoned pros and beginners are encouraged to attend. The schedule change is for this week only.
This Saturday, the varsity cheerleaders will be competing at their District 1 and 2 State qualifier competition here at LHS. The whole event starts at 11:30 am but the team’s first event is at 12:25 with awards at 3:05. There are 3 different routines performed at the competition and it is nothing like what you have seen at any game. The cheerleaders have worked since June preparing this material and they show up to all your LHS events so try to make to this State qualifying event and be their cheerleaders.
Last night boys varsity basketball played Lake City and won 65 – 57, after losing to them earlier in the season. Last night was also Senior Night so here is a quick shout out to Drew Hottinger, Jordan Bramlet, and Rylan Gomez the three seniors on the team. This team has come a long way so far this season so make sure to support them any way you can.
