Come see LHS Drama Club’s production of their spring musical, Beauty and the Beast! You can watch it on April 11th – 12th at 7pm, and April 13th at 2pm. Our Bengal Cast and Crew have worked hard to put this show together, so please come show your support and come to the P1FCU Performing Arts Center to see the show!
The senior barbecue will be held on May 30 at 5pm. Seniors, please go to your 5-Star Students account and take the survey asking if you are able to attend and if you want a hamburger or hotdog. This event is completely free to attend. We just need a head-count of how many people will be there.
Last week our LHS softball team won two games vs Moscow and two league games against Post Falls. And our very own Jenna Barney was nominated as the prep athlete of the week with her outstanding performances in the circle and at the plate. Here are her stats for last weeks games: Jenna went 12 for 16 at the plate with 3 homeruns, 1 triple and 2 doubles. She drove in 16 runs and scored 10 runs. In the circle, Jenna pitched 16 innings and struck out 26 hitters and has an ERA of 1.31. The Gaming Club will meet on Friday this week right after school in DTECH 407. There will be NO meeting on Tuesday or Thursday this week.
There is a cornhole tournament on Saturday April 13 at 11am. It is $50 per team to join, and the winners will receive cash prizes. Seniors, if you sign up you will get tickets for Safe and Sober, so make sure you find a team and start practicing.
There is a football meeting for current sophomores and freshmen planning on playing football next year. It will be held in ST211 on Thursday immediately after school.
