The Key Club is running a food drive for the district families in need. We are seeking donations of non-perishable goods boxed or canned, drinks, and foods that could help out during this holiday season. Donations can be dropped off now until Monday, December 11th at the counseling center or in Mrs. Bakkers classroom.

The Counseling Center Angel Tree is officially open for business.  If you are a student, teacher, or even club who would like to sponsor a gift for an LHS student for Christmas, pop down to the counseling center, choose an ornament off the tree, and bring that ornament attached to the gift back to the counseling center by Tuesday, December 12th.  Don’t want to shop but still want to help out?  We accept financial donations and gift cards as well.

Seniors going to LCSC next fall, please sign up in the counseling center to meet with a representative on Friday at 9am to confirm the next steps you need to take. U of I will also be here for seniors on December 13th.

Next week is Spirit Week! Monday is Pajama Day, Tuesday is Winter Sports Day, Wednesday is Christmas Movie Character Day, Thursday is Christmas Colors Day, and Friday is Ugly Christmas Sweater Day.
