Are you looking for some one-on-one help in your math class from someone who has taken the class recently? As part of their training for a math competition, members of the Bengal Math Lab will provide tutoring on Thursday from 2:30-3:15 in Mrs. Carlson’s room BR202. Tutoring will happen every other Thursday, so check Bengal Update for more peer mentoring times.
LHS is hosting a coin drive for the Idaho Food Bank. Please bring any spare change you have and put it in the jug for your grade located in the commons at lunch, or bring it to your 1B class. The last day to donate is November 21, the day before Thanksgiving break. Join us in our goal of raising $1000 for our community during this holiday season.
Bengals, yesterday was Education Support Professionals day. Although we showed the graphic, we missed the opportunity to recognize and celebrate our ESP’s. ESP members start and end the day with our students and are an important part of the school day. ESP members include bus drivers, food service workers, secretaries, paraprofessionals, maintenance workers and more. We want to thank each and every one of you for what you do for the students and staff at LHS!
