Today for lunch there will be totchos, chicken patty sandwiches, and pepperoni ripper.


Dual credit students, don’t forget to turn in your dual credit registration form and your participation form by the end of the day to Ms. Willmore.


Our first ASVAB is scheduled for Thursday, October 12th starting at 8:00 in the Library Computer Lab. The sign-up sheet can be found on the bulletin board in the Counseling Office.  Students who are considering entering the military should take this along with students who do not know what career path they are interested in. Please talk to your counselor if you have any questions.


Open mat for wrestling will begin next Tuesday. The mat room will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:30. Both brand new and experienced wrestlers are welcome. Come and try something new and get in some extra mat time before the season starts. If you have any questions see Coach Maddy in LS109.


The Homecoming spirit week days are as follows, Monday PJ Day, Tuesday Twin Day, Wednesday Country vs Country Club, Thursday Jersey Day, and Friday will be Bengal Pride. Please dress up and show your school spirit!


The German Club will be meeting today after school in Ms. Strolberg’s room ST203. They will be planning out some activities for the year and voting for leadership. Talk to Ms. Strolberg if you have any questions.  


Calling all clubs! The counselors are holding a club fair next Wednesday, September 27th in Alumni Court during both lunches.  This is a great opportunity for you to show the students and staff what your club is all about, showcase the work you do, and recruit new members!  If your club is interested in participating, please see Mrs. Wilson in the counseling center!


There will be open practice for tennis today right after school and Monday at 4:30.  Anyone interested in playing or just learning to play tennis can come out and join.  


Softball’s open practice will be every Monday starting next week at Airport Park at 4:00. If you are new to LHS softball or have questions, Stop by Coach Roehl’s classroom SD200 to introduce yourself and ask questions.
