Juniors—The SAT will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 8am here at LHS. Registration for the SAT is taking place this week, and the last day to sign up will be this Friday, January 13, 2023 by the end of the school day. Seniors- the Idaho Department of Lands is looking for help for this summer’s fire season. They are looking for those who might be interested following graduation. They have jobs ranging from firefighters to resource aids. Students interested can scan the QR code or see Mr. Schaper for more information.

Over the weekend the wrestling team competed at The Gutcheck wrestling tournament – rated as one of the top 10 toughest tournaments on the entire west coast. Individually we came home with 4 medals: Freshman Kamryn Lockart placed 7th, Senior Cassidy Rehder placed 5th, Junior Hoyt Hvass placed 2nd, and the 2023 Gutcheck Heavyweight Champion is Lewiston’s very own senior, Big Rob Storm! As a team the Bengals placed 10th out of nearly 60 schools. Up next the Bengals battle Moscow High School on Wednesday evening right here at home.
