There will be a mandatory Spring Sports Parent Meeting on Wednesday (2/16), at 6:30 in the P1FCU Performing Arts Center (LHS auditorium). This parent meeting is for those parents/guardians of Lewiston High School students interested in competing in the following sports: golf, tennis, baseball, softball and track and field. This meeting will address the sports registration process, academic and behavioral requirements, and general information. Parents will also have the opportunity to meet with their specific sport’s coaches and coaching staffs.
Reminder:
* Current 9th and 11th graders, who have not competed in a sport thus far this school year, will need an updated physical prior to the first day. Current 10th or 12th grade students who did not compete at LHS last year and who did not compete in a sport this school year, will also require an updated physical.
* If you have not competed in a sport at LHS this year, you can get a head start on the online paperwork (Concussion Guidelines and Medical Waiver) by accessing our “Athletics” website and searching for “Dragonfly” Instructions. Once on Dragonfly, you can fill out and electronically sign forms for both. This is also a requirement prior to the first day of spring sports.
