Middle school summer learners had a great time touring Idaho Forest Group! Students observed the entire process of how a log is transformed into a usable board.
They were grateful for the learning opportunity and for the donated boards they used to build their birdhouses.
Thank you, Idaho Forest Group, for supporting education!

Lewiston High School’s Garden Club is blooming with success! Students built the planter boxes themselves, filled them with soil and manure, and started every plant from seed. Now, the garden is thriving thanks to their hard work and care!
Representatives from Lewiston High School’s The Bengal yearbook staff attended the Idaho Journalism Workshop in Boise, where they spent three days preparing for the 87th volume of the yearbook. While there, they competed with students from across the state in a photography contest. Morgan Thayer earned Best Action Shot (see photo #9), and Abi White received an Honorable Mention for her emotion entry (see photo #10). Congrats to these talented Bengals!

Summer learning students put their engineering skills to the test by designing and launching water rockets! The top three teams with the farthest launches earned gift cards to local coffee shops. Special thanks to LC Valley Dutch Bros and Java Stop for generously donating the prizes and supporting our young engineers!
