Over 40 8th grade students from Sacajawea Middle School attended the Warrior 101 Field Trip at Lewis Clark State College. Students explored the pathways and opportunities available to them after high school. The day was filled with fun, interactive, and engaging activities! They got to see the digital cadaver tables, conduct experiments in the lab, tour the welding and fab shops, work with digital creating, and learned how to code a website!

Tammany High School won 2 bronze and 2 silver medals. at FCCLA. Alora Alexander, Brenden Lessor, Eliza Nick and Kaylee Collins all had very tough competition this year with nearly 50 other competitors (combined amount in 4 different events). It's the biggest turnout in years! They were all very proud, represented Tammany well, and had a great experience.

7th grade gifted and talented classes at Sacajawea Middle School have been working on a variety of forensic careers. This has even included each student's own hands as they had SRO Chris Smith join them to demonstrate how to pull up and identify fingerprints to become more aware of the occupation of Fingerprint Analysts. They have already looked into Crime Scene Analysts, and will soon delve into Arson Analysts! Career possibilities are so interesting!
