Orchards Elementary third graders had the chance to learn braille today with the help of Cynda Hyndman and Gayle Worthington. It was an amazing hands-on look at another way people communicate, and such a powerful real-life learning experience for students. We are grateful that students in our district get opportunities like this!

LHS kicked off the Red Kettle season with a big win, bringing home the Golden Kettle at the Salvation Army’s annual event! 🏆🎉 They earned the top spot by collecting the most support during the friendly competition against Clarkston High School.

A huge thank you to the LHS Leadership students who donated their time and represented our school with pride: Brody, Luka, Adi, Ella, Makenna, and Raegan.

The event included an ugly sweater contest, a potato bar dinner, a silent auction, and activities that all helped raise funds for programs supporting families across the LC Valley.
