Lewiston School District employees are encouraged to contact the benefits team at Acrisure (previously The Murray Group) at 1-877-765-2620 when they have questions regarding their medical, dental, vision, life and prescription coverage.  Please see the attached flyer for a specific representative to answer your questions.

Acrisure (previously The Murray Group) can also help you with the following:

  • Billing questions on your EOB (explanation of benefits).

  • Filing an appeal in regards to incorrect payments, etc.

  • Finding a Provider.

  • Help with drugs that require prior authorization.
