Gifted/Talented Program

Philosophy Statement

The Lewiston School District’s mission is “Ensuring high levels of learning for ALL students,” and its vision is “In collaboration with our community, we will empower students by providing an engaging and equitable education in a safe environment every day.”  The Lewiston Gifted and Talented Program believes that students with gifts and talents, including those from underrepresented populations, require differentiated instruction and opportunities. The program addresses academic, social, and life skills through creativity, problem-solving, and personal growth.
