Early Retirement Incentive Program
Certified Teachers are eligible to participate in the District’s Early Retirement Incentive Plan (ERIP) if they meet certain age and employment criteria. Please refer to the ERIP Handbook below for criteria.
Administrators are eligible to participate in the District’s Incentive Plan.

To apply for the Early Retirement Incentive Program, you will need to submit a retirement letter, to Tim Sperber, Superintendent, no later than Thursday, January 15, 2026 saying you are retiring at the end of the 2025-2026 school year and include in the letter “you wish to participate in the Early Retirement Incentive Program”.
