Early Retirement Incentive Program

Certified Teachers are eligible to participate in  the District’s Early Retirement Incentive Plan (ERIP) if they meet certain age and employment criteria. Please refer to the ERIP Handbook below for criteria.

Administrators are eligible to participate in the District’s Incentive Plan.

  • Deadline:

    • The Early Retirement Incentive Program
      deadline for the 2026-2027 school year is
      Friday, January 15, 2027.

  • Early Retirement Incentive Program Handbook – Approved 12-12-2011 (Revised 07-11-2016)

  • To apply for the Early Retirement Incentive Program, you will need to submit a retirement letter, to Tim Sperber, Superintendent, no later than Friday, January 15, 2027 saying you are retiring at the end of the 2026-2027 school year and include in the letter “you wish to participate in the Early Retirement Incentive Program”.
