At a recent school board meeting, LHS Foods 2 students prepared crème brûlée for board members. While making the dessert, they learned how to use a kitchen torch and what a ramekin is. In the Foods 2 class, students explore the cuisines of various countries, learning how regional demographics, culture, and religious beliefs influence the foods people eat.
