"I love Sacajawea because of the community it has. I love working with all of the kids and how they all have a great sense of humor! I've been working at the district for 23 years and have spent most of it at Sacajawea, and I’ve enjoyed my time here greatly!"

One of the many examples of student-driven leadership.
Made by students, with students, for students!

Sacajawea and Jenifer Middle School WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) leaders have been hard at work! This week, 8th grade leaders spent two full days training with WEB program coordinators to get ready for 6th grade orientation. WEB is a middle school transition program that empowers positive student leaders to welcome and mentor incoming 6th graders. Through team-building activities, mentoring, and fun events, our WEB leaders will help create a safe, supportive, and connected start to middle school for all students. We can’t wait to see these leaders in action tomorrow!
