The 31st Annual 4th grade Rendezvous was in full swing on May 8th, taking over the Nez Perce County Fair Building.
Over 420 4th graders were able to enjoy hands-on activities related to Idaho History.
Jenifer and Sacajawea middle schools sent the students of Mrs. Gregg and Mrs. DuChemin's 8th grade enrichment classes to be presenters at the event. These students researched a variety of topics related to Idaho History, and provided hands-on stations for 4th graders that included rope making, Nez Perce and pioneer children's games, petroglyph writing, canoe carving, butter making, the 5 Tribes of Idaho, and telling stories about how the trading posts were established and ran back in the 1800s.
