Dear Orchards Families,
As part of our ongoing commitment to student safety, we want to inform you of an important update to our campus access procedures.
Beginning Thursday, October 30th, all gates and front doors will be locked during school hours. The purpose of this change is to ensure that all visitors enter through our main entrance to the office, allowing us to better monitor who is on campus at all times.
Here are a few key details:
-All gates will be locked at 9:10 AM and reopened at 3:20 PM.
-The front doors will also be locked during school hours.
-Visitors arriving during school hours will need to ring the doorbell at the front exterior entrance for access into the building.
-All EARLY PICK-UPS OR LATE DROP OFFS must be made at the front of the school in the office.
We appreciate your support and patience as we implement these changes and work through any initial adjustments. These measures are part of our ongoing efforts to provide a secure and welcoming environment for all students and staff.
