DONUTS FOR SCHOLARS Donuts for Scholars start this week! Let’s start the quarter off strong.
STUDENT SUPPLIES It is YOUR responsibility to bring supplies you need for school; paper, pencils, pens, DEODORANT, tampons etc. We have some in the office for student emergency needs, but not just your convenience. We have gone through more supplies the first half of the year than we normally do the whole year. Please be mindful of items you need at school and purchase them. Also, there are tampon machines in the girl’s restroom and a pencil machine by the pop machine.
LOST AND FOUND A pair of air pods were turned into the office. If you lost some, stop by the office to identify.
MATH TUTORING Mrs. Miller will be doing math tutoring on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-3:30 starting in February.
SAT The SAT will be administered on April 15th at THS. Any Junior interested in taking the SAT need to sign up with Mrs. Slyter. Students need to be signed up by April 1st.
THINGS TO PONDER… Snowflakes have 6 sides regardless of the designs. Snow is colorless, it reflects the light that falls on it. It can take up to 100,000 water vapor droplets to make each snowflake. The smallest snowflakes are as small as the width of a human hair. The largest snowflake ever was 15 inches long!
TAMMANY TIGER QUOTE OF THE WEEK “What good is the warmth of summer, without the cold of winter to give it sweetness”
