Due to a 3 way tie in the Inland Empire League, LHS football will be traveling to Moscow HS for a Kansas City tie-breaker. Tie breaker will start at 6pm with the order of team play being determined Monday morning at coaches meeting in CdA.
Teams involved are: Lewiston, Coeur d’ Alene and Post Falls
Information for tonight’s Kansas City Tie-Breaker involving Lewiston, Coeur d’ Alene and Post Falls High Schools @ Moscow High School’s varsity football field.
**Field is located at Moscow Middle School 1410 E D Street
Order of events have not been established at this point. In all reality, the highest seed (CdA) has up until an hour prior to beginning of tie-breaker to determine the order they wish to play. We were hoping for more clarification after coach meeting, but that did not come to fruition.
That being said, plan on being in attendance for the 6pm contest (most likely Lewiston vs. Post Falls) to be on the safe side.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate: $5 Adult / $3 Student-Senior
** No season passes, Student ASB accepted. Only IHSAA passes will be honored.
** There will be no NFHS Video Stream of this event. 105.1 the River will be covering via radio broadcast.
** Due to this contest being played on Monday (10/25), the Powder Puff Football contest will be rescheduled to a different time and date. That date has yet to be determined.
