Educational Support Personnel, or ESP, are critical to the ultimate success of student learning. ESP are not certified teachers, but are staff members who provide an important and necessary support function toward the education of our students. The ESP of the Year Award serves to recognize the important work our support staff perform to help our students achieve. These staff members include, but are not limited to: custodians, food service workers, bus drivers and bus attendants, paraprofessionals/instructional assistants, crossing guards, duty assistants, librarians, maintenance workers, IT support, and office staff.
Fellow staff members, school district employees, parents, students and the general public are encouraged to complete and return a nomination form for this year’s ESP of the Year award winner!
